I moved into Santa Fe last month and am very happy with my choice. I had to relocate to Utah for work, which involved searching numerous apartment listings online in order to have a place ready to move into upon my arrival. I applied without ever being able to see the building or my unit in person. This is a fairly nerve-wracking thing to do, but much to my excitement, when I showed up to get my keys, the unit was spectacularly clean and exactly as portrayed/described online.
